Jean Riley is a Vice President of Amalfi Consulting. Ms. Riley has over twenty years experience in human resources and has focused primarily in the area of compensation design and reward strategies. Prior to joining Amalfi Consulting, Jean was Principal of The HR Consulting Group a boutique consulting firm providing organizational and reward system design services to enhance company effectiveness.

Ms. Riley has helped many companies with identifying barriers to performance and has successfully designed progressive solutions to address a wide range of human resources issues. Ms. Riley has assisted organizations in defining their compensation philosophy and goals and developed programs to support the organization and effectively reward top performance.

As a vice president at Amalfi Consulting, Ms. Riley manages all aspects of client relationships—from developing the project scope and assessing each bank’s situation, to creating and implementing the specific compensation strategy. Ms. Riley also serves the client as an advisor on various compensation and benefits issues.
Ms. Riley earned a bachelors degree in Business Administration from Fitchburg State College and holds a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation from World at Work.
