TREASURY INITIATIVES print email

The Administration and Treasury have undertaken a number of initiatives that affect banks' compensation and incentive programs as well as board governance issues.  In addition to TARP legislative initiatives which affect those institutions that participated in TARP, many initiatives affected a broader range of institutions.  Here you may find documents concerning these Treasury initiatives.

TARP LEGISLATIVE AND REGULATORY SUMMARY print email

The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (referred to as the Stimulus Bill) included strict and restrictive new limits on executive compensation for all Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP) participants.

Amalfi Consulting has continued to follow TARP legislative and regulatory comment and clarification activity.
