With the uncertainty still enveloping the financial industry Amalfi Consulting wanted to examine what challenges bank executives were most concerned about and how they were planning to take steps in addressing those challenges in 2010.

We provided a list of a broad range of concerns, from strictly financial to "softer" cultural and leadership issues and asked bank executives to score these concerns on a scale from least to most concerning.  The executives where then asked what new initiatives that they were launching as a result of these concerns.
