Jim has over 30 years of leadership, operations, and consulting experience. He has served in executive roles at public and private companies, both large and small. His direct experience includes sales and marketing, international product management, human resources, and operations leadership for manufacturing and financial services firms. Titles have included President, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Integration Officer, and Managing Principal. He has served as a corporate officer of an NYSE company and in board member roles. Past employers include: Clark Consulting, Mullin Consulting, Management Compensation Group, and Medtronic. Jim has 14 years of experience as a client-facing consultant, including management consulting as well as executive compensation and benefits for large public companies and healthcare systems.
