Christine Capra heads the survey function for Amalfi Consulting. Ms. Capra has over 15 years experience in the financial industry. Prior to joining Amalfi Consulting, Christine worked with the Clark Consulting Strategy and Leadership Group, managing their assessment technology and helping to develop and deliver the group’s products and services. Administration of the group’s SWOT and Board Governance Assessments were chief among her responsibilities. Prior to that, she was an Account Executive with the Clark Consulting HealthCare Group. In that role, she designed and oversaw the administration of executive benefit plans, and assisted top executives with their individualized benefits enrollments.

Prior to joining Clark Consulting, Christine worked as a Financial Advisor with Merrill Lynch, and as a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Burnet.

As the Director of Compensation Surveys, Ms. Capra manages all aspects of the survey process – from survey design, technology development, marketing, and reporting.

Ms. Capra earned a Bachelors Degree in English from the University of Minnesota, graduating Summa cum Laude and holds Series 7 and Series 66 securities licenses. She is currently working on a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from the College of St. Catherine in St. Paul, Minnesota.
