ABOUT US

MISSION STATEMENT

We exist to help companies become better. Our goal is to partner with our clients to assist them in creating a performance based culture through state-of-the-art Compensation Consulting and Regional & National Survey Solutions. Our #1 asset is our people who desire to grow within our business and find passion, success and fulfillment in both their professional and personal lives.

HISTORY

services-photoAmalfi Consulting is focused on solving today’s compensation issues and helping companies become better. The company, formerly the Compensation Group of Clark Consulting, was formed in 1999. One of the original founders, Todd Leone, President and Founder, has been with the company since its inception. Our other founders are Michael Blanchard and Gayle Appelbaum; together our three founders have a combined tenure at Amalfi Consulting of nearly 25 years, and approximately 60 years in advising clients in all areas of compensation.

Historically and today, we have focused on providing an array of compensation services to assist our clients. Our work is focused on the board of directors, officers and employees of financial institutions. Our goal is to use the tools of compensation to help clients navigate through their specific and individual challenges.

To assure that our clients have access to the best consulting services available, we have worked within the industry to pioneer sessions that are informative and focused on current market trends. As an example, we pioneered with Bank Director Magazine to create the Board & Executive Compensation Conference. This was the first annual conference that focused on the compensation needs of financial institutions on a national basis.
